Ingredients

12 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs, cut in half

All of the following to taste:

Mustard of choice

Mayo or sour cream of choice (we used sour cream)

1 bell pepper, diced

Jalapeno peppers, sliced

Bacon, fully cooked and crumbled

Smoked paprika

Chili powder

Dill Pickle juice

Preparation

  1. Pour all egg yolks into a bowl, and start with mayo or sour cream and mustard.
  2. Then add pickle juice, paprika, dill, chili powder, and diced peppers.
  3. Mash with a fork until smooth.
  4. Scoop the mixture into a piping bag and fill each egg.
  5. Then top each egg with crumbled bacon, more paprika, and one jalapeno slice.
