Eggland's Best Eggs, Bacon & Cheese "School Rolls"
These "school rolls" are sure to speed up the slowest movers on those school mornings we all dread! Made with EB eggs, they're a great kickstart to any day!

Ingredients
- 6 Eggland's Best Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
- 8-10 slices of Bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 1 tube of crescent rolls
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375º
Cook bacon in a skillet according to the package. Once cooked, remove from skillet and let the cooked bacon sit on a paper towel.
Wipe excess oil out of the skillet, add butter and gently scramble your Eggland's Best eggs.
Once cooked through, set them aside in a small bowl.
Unroll crescent dough, and separate into individual triangles.
In a greased muffin tin, lay each triangle in a muffin cup, pushing the center down into the cup, with three corners sticking out of each cup.
Gently fill the cups with the scrambled Eggland's Best eggs, cheese and bacon.
Press with the back of a spoon, if needed, to fill the bottoms of the muffin cups.
Fold over the three crescent roll corners.
Bake for 12-13 minutes.
Scoop out of muffin tin and enjoy while warm!
