Egg White Tortilla Hack

Ingredients
1 tortilla wrap
1/3 cup Eggland's Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1/2 avocado
1 Tbsp basil pesto
1 Tbsp sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1 hashbrown patty
1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Parmesan cheese, to taste
Butter
Olive oil
Preparation
- Slice your tortilla halfway down. To the bottom left, spread on mashed avocado.
- In a good non-stick pan on medium heat, add butter and 1/3 cup of egg whites. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and grate some parmesan cheese. Let the egg whites cook for 1 minute and then fold.
- To the top left, add basil pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, and the folded egg.
- Air fry a hashbrown and add it to the top right section.
- Lastly, sprinkle on some sharp cheddar cheese. Fold up the tortilla and then place it in a pan with some olive oil and toast the tortilla until golden brown. Enjoy!
