Ingredients

1 cup Eggland’s Best 100% Egg Whites

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

salt & pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. In a bowl, whisk Eggland’s Best Liquid Egg Whites, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  4. Spoon 1 tsp egg mixture into each compartment.
  5. Optional – Sprinkle with your favorite grated cheese or spices.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the tin with a spatula and let cool.
