1/3 cup Eggland's Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites

1 1/4 cup hash browns

1/4 cup shredded cheese

3 slices of bacon

2 tbsp salsa

Preparation

  1. Begin by cooking the bacon, set aside.
  2. In a pan, add oil and fry the hash browns until crispy, set aside.
  3. Spray avocado oil into skillet and add in 1/3 cup of Eggland’s Best 100% Egg Whites and cook thoroughly on both sides.
  4. Remove from pan and top with shredded cheese, chopped bacon, hash browns and salsa.
  5. Roll egg white tortilla into a burrito and put it back to skillet on medium heat. Brown on both sides and serve.
