Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 Eggland’s Best Egg (large)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • pinch of salt
  • fruit of choice for garnish

Preparation

In a large mug, melt butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Roll butter around in mug to coat it.

Add 3 tablespoons of milk and 1 Eggland's Best egg.

Whisk the egg and milk in the mug with a fork until well blended.

Sprinkle cinnamon over the egg and add vanilla then stir again.

Cut or tear the bread into bite size pieces and add to the egg mixture in the mug, pressing the bread down in to the egg. Let the mixture sit for a minute so the bread will soak up the egg.

Microwave on high for 30 seconds at a time until the egg is cooked through. This can take up to 90 seconds.

Garnish with your choice of fruit or syrup and Enjoy!
