Easy Peach Cobbler
This is an easy, sweet and bright dish that is perfect for a crowd! Filled with sweet notes of peaches and a crispy texture, you are bound to want seconds!

Ingredients
2 Cups Peaches (canned or fresh)
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Sugar (or choice of sweetener)
1 Eggland's Best Large Egg
6 TBSP Butter
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
Preparation
- Cut peaches and place in an oven safe dish. Add lemon juice and toss peaches.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, sugar and egg and mix until crumbly. Add mixture on top of peaches.
- Cut butter into even pieces and add on top of the crumbly mixture.
- Place in a 375 degree oven and bake for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown.
