This is an easy, sweet and bright dish that is perfect for a crowd! Filled with sweet notes of peaches and a crispy texture, you are bound to want seconds!

Ingredients

2 Cups Peaches (canned or fresh)

1 Cup All Purpose Flour

1 Cup Sugar (or choice of sweetener)

1 Eggland's Best Large Egg

6 TBSP Butter

1 TBSP Lemon Juice

Preparation

  1. Cut peaches and place in an oven safe dish. Add lemon juice and toss peaches.
  2. In a separate bowl combine flour, sugar and egg and mix until crumbly. Add mixture on top of peaches.
  3. Cut butter into even pieces and add on top of the crumbly mixture.
  4. Place in a 375 degree oven and bake for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown.
