Easy Breakfast Sliders

Ingredients
1 pack Hawaiian Rolls
4 Eggland's Best large eggs plus 1 egg
5 slices American cheese
2 Green Onions, chopped
4 Strips Precooked Bacon, chopped
2 TBSP Milk
1 TBSP Water
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 eggs and milk.
- Add chopped green onions and chopped bacon, mix well.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with nonstick spray. Add egg mixture {and salt and pepper to taste} and cook into scrambled eggs.
- Open pack of Hawaiian Rolls and use a bread knife to cut the rolls in half {separating tops from bottoms}. Place on a baking sheet.
- Lay 5 slices of American cheese on them until covered.
- Top with egg mixture, then add tops of rolls back on.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 egg and 1 TBSP water. Use basting brush to add a light egg wash to tops of rolls.
- Place in oven and bake for 6-9 minutes, until rolls are starting to brown and cheese has melted.
