Make This Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 Eggland's Best Eggs, hard cooked
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon hot wing sauce
- 1 Tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
- 1 Tablespoon chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Hard-cook eggs: gently place eggs in a large saucepan or pot. Add cold water, enough to cover eggs 1 ½ inches. Heat on high heat until water is boiling. Remove from stove and cover pot with lid and let stand for 12-15 minutes. Remove eggs from pot and allow eggs to cool before peeling.
When eggs are cooled, peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and put in a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and wing sauce and mix well until smooth.
Spoon yolk mixture into a zip top bag and cut the corner of the bag off to pipe yolk mixture into egg whites.
Garnish the top of each egg with blue cheese and chopped celery.
