Dark Chocolate Raspberry Brownies
For anyone who wants a little decadence, these are the brownies you won't be able to resist!

Ingredients
1 stick + 2 tbsp unsalted butter
6 ounces semisweet chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 Eggland's Best eggs, large
1 Eggland's Best egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup dark chocolate chips
6oz raspberries
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Chop 4 ounces of semisweet chocolate into small pieces. Place in bowl with softened butter, and melt on stove over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat let cool to room temperature.
- Add vanilla extract and egg yolk to the mixture, followed by sugar. Mix well.
- Add in flour and cocoa, and mix well.
- Lastly, mix in Dark Chocolate Chips & raspberries.
