Crescent Breakfast Tarts
Crescent breakfast tarts are filled with egg, bacon, colby jack cheese, cherry tomato, red bell pepper with touch of pepper. Make them in big batches. These are easy to put together, and it will disappear before your eyes within seconds.

Ingredients
1 sheet of crescent dough
4 Eggland’s Best eggs, large
1/3 cup colby jack cheese
2 slices cooked bacon
8 cherry tomatoes halved
¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide the crescent dough into 4 pieces and place on baking sheet and pinch seams together.
- Fold edges of dough in to create a crust. Crack eggs onto crescent dough and place cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, and finally sprinkle with cheese. Place bacon on top and season all over with salt and pepper.
- Carefully transfer baking sheet to oven and bake until crust is golden and egg whites are set, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve warm. Enjoy
