Ingredients

6 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs

2 Tbsp. Mayo

1 1/2 tsp. mustard

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika

1/2 tsp. White Pepper

1 Tbsp. Habanero Hot Sauce

1-2 Avocados

Salt to taste

4-5 slices of White Bread

Preparation

  1. Coarsely chop eggs and add them into a large bowl.
  2. Add mayo, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, white pepper, habanero hot sauce, and mix.
  3. Toast bread to a golden brown. Cut the crust off or you can keep it, your choice.
  4. Place eggs on top of toast and avocado slices.
