Classic Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ salt
1 stick butter
1¼ cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and set aside.
- In a second bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy.
- Add Eggland Liquid Egg Whites and vanilla and beat until combined.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Divide dough into 2 equal portions.
- Chili for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Roll sugar cookie dough on a floured surface.
- Use a cookie cutter of your choice and cut out the dough and place them 1” apart on a large baking sheet covered in Parchment paper.
- Once the baking sheet is filled, bake for 9 to 10 minutes.
- Let set on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before moving to the cooling rack.
- Once cookies are cooled, they are ready to decorate!
