Cinnamon & Spice Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 tablespoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup Egglands Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- small handful ice cubes
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender in whichever order you choose.
Then blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
*depending on the power of your blender you may choose to add the ice once food ingredients are partially blended
Options:
Add the other 1/2 banana for added sweetness
Increase ginger slightly for more spice
Use frozen banana in place of ice cubes if you prefer your smoothie more concentrated.
