Chocolate Glazed Reindeer Donuts

Ingredients
1 box of chocolate cake mix
3 Eggland's Best eggs, large
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 tub of store bought chocolate frosting
large candy eyeballs
red chocolate candies
vanilla wafer cookies
1 box chocolate-dipped biscuit sticks
chocolate melting wafers
holiday sprinkles
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine boxed cake mix, eggs, oil, and water in large bowl. Whisk until blended.
- Transfer cake batter to cavities of donut pan, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Transfer chocolate frosting to medium bowl and microwave for 60 seconds or until it melts into a silky glaze.
- Dip the tops of the donuts in and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add vanilla cookies, red nose, and eyes.
- To create antlers- line up pairs of chocolate-dipped biscuit sticks onto a piece of parchment or wax paper. Use melted chocolate in a piping bag to create antlers on the tips of each biscuit.
- Decorate with sprinkles to mimic Christmas lights. Place in the fridge until set and attach two to the tops of each donut.
