Chocolate "Firecracker" Protein Donuts
These donuts are the perfect sweet treat! Soft and decadent that just melts in your mouth with a surplus of flavor. The texture is just like cake, but without the guilt!

Ingredients
1 cup + 1 tbsp flour
¼ cup chocolate protein powder
¼ cup plant sugar
1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
Dash of salt
1 Eggland's Best egg, large
2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
¾ cup milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
Melted white chocolate
Sprinkles
Preparation
- Whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Separately combine the wet ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry.
- Transfer the batter to a large piping bag, cut the end of the bag.
- Pipe the donut batter into a sprayed donut pan.
- Bake for about 15 min at 350F, toothpick test clean.
- Once cooled, dip each donut in a thick melted white chocolate layer and add sprinkles!
