Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars for St. Patrick ‘s Day
Easy and delicious bars made with Chocolate chips cookies mint flavors green candies.

Ingredients
2¼ cup /280g all-purpose flour
¾ cup /170g unsalted butter melted
1 teaspoon /7g baking soda.
1 ½ teaspoon/4g cornstarch
¼ cup/50g granulated sugar
1 cup /188g firmly packed light brown sugar
1 Large Eggland’s Best Egg and Egg Yolk
2 teaspoon/8g vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup Green Mint flavored candies
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line 11x 7-inch pan (you can use 9x9 inch pan too) with parchment paper and set aside.
- In large bowl add both brown and granulated sugars, vanilla extract and egg and egg yolk and mix well .
- Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture until combined. Stir in chocolate chips Transfer to prepared pan, spreading to edges of pan. Top with green mint flavored candies.
- Bake for 25-26 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
Make sure to incorporate some chocolate chips and green candies on the top of cookie bar to get more chocolate and mint flavor.
