Buffalo Chicken Egg White Omelet

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
2 oz chicken cooked
1 T Buffalo Wing Sauce
6 T Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites
1 T chopped green onions
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
- Reheat chicken. Stir buffalo sauce into the chicken and set aside.
- Place omelet pan over medium-low heat. use 1 tsp olive oil.
- Pour egg whites into a heated pan and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Let cook, WITHOUT stirring until starting to set. This should only take 2-3 minutes.
- Arrange chicken, green onions, and one-half of the omelet. Fold other half of egg over the fillings and let cook 1-2 minutes more to heat through.
- Serve immediately.
- If desired, top omelet with 1 tsp buffalo sauce and green onions.
