Holiday Brownie Bark
Chewy and fudgy brownie lovers will be in heaven. Drizzled with peppermint white chocolate and decorated with sprinkles, this brownie brittle is a tasty treat.

Ingredients
BROWNIE BARK
1/2 cup Butter
1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour
PEPPERMINT DRIZZLE
3 ounces vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark), melted
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Holiday sprinkles or decor, as desired
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil. Set aside.
- Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, espresso powder, salt, and vanilla until well combined. Add egg; stir vigorously until well mixed. Add flour; stir vigorously until flour is well combined and mixture is glossy.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake 16-19 minutes or until surface is dry to the touch. Remove parchment or foil with bark onto cutting board. While bark is hot, cut into 3-inch triangles.
- Stir melted almond bark and peppermint extract together in small bowl. Drizzle over brownie bark. Immediately sprinkle with holiday sprinkles or decor. Cool completely.
