Ingredients
1 loaf brioche bread
3 Eggland's Best eggs, large
3 tbs. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 tbs. butter, melted
3 tbs. sugar
Preparation
- Slice each brioche into 3-4 strips to create “sticks.”
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ½ tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Dip each brioche stick into the egg mixture, ensuring it's well-coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
- Place the French toast sticks in the basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix together sugar and the rest of the cinnamon.
- Once the sticks are done, brush them with melted butter and immediately roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
