Breakfast Bake
Try out this hearty breakfast bake! Sausage, tater tots, veggies, cheese, and EB eggs combine for a breakfast that the whole family can enjoy!

Ingredients
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 white onion, diced
1 lb breakfast sausage
1, 32 oz bag tater tots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 large Eggland's Best eggs
2 cups milk (unsweetened almond milk or regular milk works!)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 and lightly spray 9x13 pan
2. Add olive oil, bell pepper and onion to a pan over medium heat and sauté until fork tender (3-5 mins). Add breakfast sausage and cook through (7-10 mins)
3. Add tater tots, shredded cheeses and breakfast sausage mixture to a large bowl and mix until well combined. Pour into the pan and spread into an even layer
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder
5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tot mixture
6. Bake for 60-70 mins & ENJOY!
