Bread Bowl Bites
These bread bowls are the perfect snack when you're craving a savory bite.

Ingredients
4 dinner rolls
4 Large Eggland's Best Eggs
¼ cup chopped mixed herbs, such as parsley and chives
4 tablespoons heavy cream, separated
Salt and pepper
4 tablespoons grated parmesan
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Slice off top of each dinner roll and gently remove inside. Place rolls on a rimmed baking sheet. Save the tops.
- Crack an egg into each roll, pour 1 tbsp of cream over each egg. Season with salt and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake for 7 minutes then place bread tops on baking sheet and bake for another 5 or until golden brown.
- Place tops on rolls and serve warm. Enjoy!
