Best Brunch Crab Casserole
With fresh crab from the Chesapeake Bay area, this yummy crab casserole was inspired by the locations abundance of fresh seafood and is full of flavor!

Ingredients
- 2 large Eggland’s Best eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 2 cups seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs
- 8 oz shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups chopped asparagus (one bunch)
- 1 pound fresh crabmeat
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°F and lightly grease a medium casserole/baking dish.
Mix eggs, milk, cream cheese, lemon, bread crumbs, cheese, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce together in a large bowl.
Stir in the crabmeat and asparagus. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish, then evenly top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 1 hour in the oven.
