
Beitzah

Beitzah is a Passover tradition that is created by taking a hard cooked egg and then roasting it in the oven.
Ingredients
- 6 or more Eggland's Best eggs (large)
- Water to cover
Preparation
Bring eggs to room temperature.
Meanwhile, fill a pot with just enough room temperature water to cover the eggs.
Place the eggs in the water and bring to a boil.
Turn down to a low boil for 12 minutes.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the eggs and place in muffins tins to roast in the oven.
Roast in the oven until shell turns brown.
Serve eggs inside their shells.
