12 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
3 tablespoons ranch dressing
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon chipotle powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 bacon slices chopped
3 petite dill pickles sliced
2 green onions, finely chopped
Preparation
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Separate the yolks and set whites aside.
- Combine egg yolks, mayo, bbq sauce, ranch dressing, liquid smoke, dry mustard & chili powder in a food processor. Pulse until everything is well incorporated.
- Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites. Top each egg with bacon, dill pickle slice and green onions. Sprinkle smoked paprika on top and enjoy!
