Baked Egg in an Avocado
Scoop the avocado and egg out of it’s shell and put it straight onto a piece of toast! Yum!

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 Eggland's Best Eggs (large)
- 2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut your avocado in half and remove the pit.
Scoop out a small amount of each half so the egg will fit in the hole.
Crack your eggs into each hole & sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes until cooked thoroughly or put on broil for just a few minutes until cooked.
Once cooked, top with your crumbled bacon and dig in!
