Bacon, Egg, Cheese Hand Pies

Ingredients
- 1 (13.8-ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
- 6 Eggland's Best Eggs (large), beaten, scrambled
- 4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 Eggland's Best Egg (large), beaten
Preparation
Heat oven to 450°F. Grease or line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
Press pizza dough into 15x10-inch rectangle. Cut into 4 (7x5-inch rectangles).
Place 1 slice cheese onto half of each piece of dough.
Top each with 1/3 cup scrambled eggs, 1/4 crumbled bacon and 1 slice cheese. Fold dough over filling, aligning edges. Press edges with fork to seal.
Place onto prepared pan. Brush tops with egg; cut 2 slits in top with sharp knife.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
