Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2-4 pieces of bacon
- 2 Eggland's Best eggs (large)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- dash of Salt
- dash of ground Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons unsalted Butter
- 2 slices American Cheese
- 1 bagel
Preparation
In a small skillet, cook bacon until brown and crispy, flipping halfway through. Set aside on a paper towel.
Whisk 2 Eggland’s Best eggs in a small bowl with the milk, salt, and pepper.
Slice your bagel of choice in half horizontally and toast.
Heat butter over medium heat. Add the eggs and cook until firm enough to flip, about 8 minutes.
Flip and let the other side cook until the eggs are firm, but moist; about another 2 minutes. Remove eggs from heat.
Put a slice of cheese on the bottom of your bagel, then top with eggs. Top the egg with another slice of cheese and then add the bacon.
Top with the bagel top and enjoy!
