Ingredients
1/2 cup Eggland’s Best 100% Egg Whites, at room temperature
1 avocado, diced
Pinch of salt
2 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
- In a medium bowl, add Eggland’s Best Liquid Egg Whites, cream cheese, avocado and salt, then beat with a hand mixer, about 2 to 3 minutes until well combined.
- Chill and serve.
