Arugula Egg Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 slices naan bread
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni
- 1/4 cup olives
- 2 Eggland's Best eggs (large)
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
Spread pizza sauce on naan bread then add shredded cheese.
Add your toppings then place pizza in the oven for 15 minutes
Remove pizza and carefully crack an egg onto each one. Place back into the oven and cook for another 10 minutes or until you see the opaque part of the egg turn white.
Top with fresh arugula and enjoy!
