Ingredients
2 Tbsp 1:1 Gluten Free Baking Flour
1 large Eggland's Best egg, room temp
1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tbsp nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Preparation
- Lightly grease a 1 cup ramekin.
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, egg, Greek yogurt and maple syrup. Add the dry ingredients and stir until mixed together. Be careful not to over mix.
- Pour half of the batter in the ramekin, add the chocolate chips, and pour remaining batter.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook 15 minutes at 300F.
- Let cool for a few minutes and then enjoy as is or with a spoonful of ice cream.
