Ingredients

2 Tbsp 1:1 Gluten Free Baking Flour

1 large Eggland's Best egg, room temp

1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder

2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

3 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk

2 tbsp nonfat Greek Yogurt

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Lightly grease a 1 cup ramekin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, egg, Greek yogurt and maple syrup. Add the dry ingredients and stir until mixed together. Be careful not to over mix.
  3. Pour half of the batter in the ramekin, add the chocolate chips, and pour remaining batter.
  4. Place in the air fryer basket and cook 15 minutes at 300F.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes and then enjoy as is or with a spoonful of ice cream.
