Inspired by Egg Patties but seeking a better option, we mixed Eggland’s Best Eggs with savory bacon and swiss and white cheddar cheese and cooked the mixture via sous-vide cooking techniques that ensure a perfect, fluffy texture in every bite. No more tough, chewy egg, even after you heat them in the microwave!
