Breakfast Pizza with Hash Browns and Sausage
This savory breakfast pizza also makes a great breakfast-for-dinner dish!

- 5 Eggland's Best Eggs
- 1 9-inch frozen pie crust
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 375F
Prepare frozen pie crust. If crust does not come in a tin, place crust gently in metal or glass pie dish. If crust does come in tin, you may want to place the crust on a baking sheet for extra support.
Cut sausage into small chunks. Brown in frying pan over medium heat. Drain and place evenly in pie crust.
Spread thawed hash browns over sausage evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over hash browns. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk and pepper until well blended. Pour evenly into pie crust, covering sausage and hash browns.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over egg mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until slightly puffed in the middle and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
