Holy Guacamole Deviled Eggs
Two great dishes come together in Emily's Holy Guacamole Deviled Eggs. A delicious treat for your next party!

- 12 Eggland's Best eggs, hard-cooked
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Hard-cook eggs; when cooled, peel and slice in half, removing yolks and setting aside in a small bowl.
In a medium size bowl, use a potato masher to mash peeled avocados; add onions, garlic, cilantro and lime juice.
Use a fork to lightly break up egg yolks and add to the avocado mixture, blending thoroughly.
Using a spoon or pastry bag (or zip top bag with a corner cut off on an angle) add/pipe the guacamole into the egg whites.
Garnish with cheese and serve.
Notes and Suggestions
To cut down on prep time, use Eggland's Best hard-cooked and peeled eggs.
