
Crispy Low Carb Fish

This dish uses pork rinds instead of bread crumbs for tons of extra protein!
Ingredients
- 5 White Fish fillets
- ¼ cup soy flour
- ½ bag pork rinds (crushed)
- 2 Eggland's Best Eggs (large)
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup oil for frying
- tartar sauce (optional)
Preparation
Dip fillets into egg and dredge in soy flour.
Dip fillets back into the egg and then into crush pork rinds.
Fry fillets in oil at 350°F or medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with tartar sauce (optional).
