
Breakfast Deviled Eggs

Are your mornings hectic? Prep breakfast the night before by making these deviled eggs!
Ingredients
- 6 Eggland's Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
- 1-2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup ham, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce
Preparation
Slice eggs in half and gently pop the yolks out into a bowl.
Using a fork mix in Greek yogurt to make a paste (add more or less until you get your preferred consistency).
Mix in ham, bell pepper, onion, and a couple dashes of hot sauce.
Adjust with your favorite seasonings. We like a bit of dried basil or tarragon.
Spoon mixture into the eggs and serve when ready!
